In my experience was that i started to see the changes in the interaction with how they speak to you and the changes in behavior. Once those changes are noticeable we tell that person the changes we see. Its followed up by im busy, Im too busy, I need some time and space. All big red flags that they are pushing you away. If you stay away and ,"No Contact" it will work but, you have to be brave enough to not have any type of connection.
